Description
Designed by Michael Anastassiades in 2014 for Flos, the IC W2 Double Wall & Ceiling Light explores balance in its most simplified form, now offering double the illumination. Meticulously fashioned from brass and steel across matt black, brushed brass, chrome and glossy red burgundy finishes, the faultlessly contemporary design is finished withstatement blown-glass opal diffusers. Casting a subtle glow, the ethereal orbs provide the perfect finishing touch to this dimmable light. The design is informed by footage of a juggler spinning a set of spheres in the air. Anastassiades was mesmerised by the seeming weightlessness yet still in-motion spinning forms and set out to represent this effortless balance through his coveted IC Lighting collection. Requires: 2x E27 max. 205W bulbs (not included). Care instructions: Use only a soft cloth to clean the light, dampen with water and soap or a mild cleanser if needed. Do not use alcohol or other solvents.
