Description

Bal 140 cm wide modern TV stand has an elegant open shelving design while being both decorative and functional. The media console features 4 hexagon honeycomb shelves, 2 small triangle shelves and a horizontal shelf, providing ample storage space for displaying your books, vases, ceramic statuettes, candles etc. No matter how you place this unit, it is sure that it brings a bit of aesthetic and chic style to your room. The stand may be used as upside-down furniture in the sense that both sides of it can be used as a TV stand for different sizes of TVs. The small (bottom) side accommodates TVs up to 27'' while the large (tabletop) side can house flat screens up to 55''.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a big fan of this honeycomb unit for its clean geometry and marble-effect finish, which instantly lifts a living room without overwhelming it. It works particularly well in contemporary, Scandi or minimalist interiors where you want a statement piece that still feels light. The open hexagonal shelves are perfect for breaking up the bulk of a TV, while the white marble effect adds subtle texture. For styling, try grouping ceramic vases, small plants and a couple of art books in alternating compartments, leaving some cells empty to keep the look spacious. A low-profile soundbar or media box sits neatly on the top surface, and you can add soft LED strip lighting behind it to create gentle backlighting in the evening.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
