Designed by Gabriel Tan and exclusively available at The Conran Shop, the Hole Coffee Table is crafted in the UK from solid oak wood with a variety of uniquely veined marble surfaces for a distinctive finish. Local production of the table utilises solid oak and either a Carrara or Nero Marquina marble, the latter being extracted from the ground in Marquina, Northern Spain. In both cases, the table top showcases the luxurious material's one-of-a-kind veining, and its monochromatic finish faultlessly pairs with living and bedroom arrangements alike. With studios in Singapore and New York, Gabriel Tan works across the borders of craft, culture and technology. Striving to subvert archetypes and reinterpret luxury pieces, the Hole Side and Coffee Tables beautifully demonstrate Tan's aptitude for functional, creative design.
