Description

Elevate your table lighting with the Heath Ceramic Beehive Table Lamp in Cream and Oatmeal. The cream finish and oatmeal shade create a warm and inviting look, while the beehive design adds a touch of rustic charm. This table lamp becomes a cosy and decorative addition to your living space, blending seamlessly with neutral colour schemes.

Our Stylist Says

I love this lamp for its simple yet tactile ceramic base that adds texture without overwhelming a space. It works particularly well in Scandinavian-inspired, minimalist, or boho interiors, where its creamy hue complements neutral palettes and natural materials. Practical styling tips include positioning it on a bedside table or sideboard to create a cosy, inviting glow, and pairing it with other textured ceramics or woven accessories for a cohesive look. Its versatile colour and shape make it an elegant addition to both modern and vintage-inspired schemes, adding warmth and a touch of handcrafted charm to any room.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
