I’m a fan of this walnut and marble media unit for its clean-lined, rounded profile and the subtle mix of warm wood and cool stone. It sits well in mid-century, Scandi or contemporary settings and provides contrast against pale walls or alongside matte-black accents. The shallow drawers keep cables and remotes tucked away, while the marble top is ideal for a slim soundbar or a pair of low-profile speakers.
For styling, balance the top by grouping two or three items of varying heights - think a sculptural ceramic vase beside a small stack of art books - and leave clear space around your TV screen. Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
