Description
Play Kids Race Track Rug in Grey is a playful area rug with a fun race track design on a grey polyamide surface. It has a low pile height and a latex non-slip backing for safer play, with a durable, sound absorbing construction made in Europe. Easy to clean with carpet foam or a gentle shampoo, it is ideal for imaginative play and everyday comfort.
Our Stylist Says
I love this car-themed rug for kids’ spaces; it’s both playful and practical. The grey base makes it versatile, helping it to work well with a range of colour schemes - from bright and vibrant to more muted, minimalist interiors. Its sizeable size (240cm by 160cm) makes it an ideal centrepiece for play areas or bedrooms, providing a soft spot for little ones to sit and imagine. To style it effectively, pair it with simple, neutral furniture to let the rug stand out, or add colourful storage and accessories to complement the playful race track design. It’s durable enough for active use, and the polyamide material will resist wear and stains, making it a practical choice for lively children’s rooms.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
