Our Stylist Says
I love this jute and Dhaka cotton rug for its versatile natural tones and understated texture, making it a great addition to both contemporary and rustic interiors. The grey, natural, and brown palette ensures it complements a range of colour schemes, from neutral palettes to earth-inspired schemes. It's perfect for creating a calm, inviting atmosphere in living rooms or bedrooms. Practical styling tips include layering it with other textured textiles like woven cushions or throws to add dimension, or pairing it with wooden furniture for a cohesive, organic look. Because of its natural fibres, it's also a smart choice for high-traffic areas, offering durability while maintaining a relaxed, stylish vibe.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
