I’m a fan of this grey hall stand because it combines hanging space with hidden shoe storage in a neat, compact frame. Its simple lines and oak-effect top suit Scandi, modern farmhouse or minimal-Scandi interiors. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
