Description

Feeling ship shape? Get nautical with this circular mirror. A porthole-inspired beauty, the studded details and raised silhouette add plenty of interest. And the chrome pairs well with any decor. Great for brightening up a hallway, bedroom or bathroom. A simple, timeless design. We're on board.

Our Stylist Says

This round wall mirror is a versatile piece that works well in a range of interiors, from contemporary to nautical-inspired settings. I love its clean, minimal design, which can brighten up spaces by reflecting light and creating the illusion of more space. It’s particularly effective in bathrooms, hallways, or above a console table, especially when paired with metallic accents for a modern touch. For styling tips, try layering it with other accessories, like small shelves or artwork, to add dimension. Its simplicity makes it an adaptable addition, suitable for both statement focal points or subtle detail in a busy space.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
