Description

Shape up, sofa. Our 100% cotton cushion cover adds a dash of 70's retro charm to your lounge or bedroom. In mustard yellow and monochrome, this fun geometric pattern is bang on trend. Plain sofa or brightly coloured bed linen, our classic design pops wherever it's placed. Machine washable too, just unzip the cover when it needs a refresh.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this cushion cover as it adds a bold, graphic touch to any space. The retro geo print is versatile enough to work well in both contemporary and vintage-inspired interiors, especially when paired with neutral or earthy tones. It’s great for injecting a splash of colour and pattern into a sofa or armchair without overwhelming the space. For styling tips, consider combining it with plain cushions in complementary shades to create a layered, inviting look. Its size makes it ideal for sofa throws or bed accents, and the pattern lends itself well to mid-century or eclectic schemes. Overall, it’s a practical choice for bringing personality and visual interest to a room.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
