Description

Our Brooklyn bunk bed is made from solid pine, with chunky top rails and a sturdy frame. There's a fixed ladder for easy access which can be placed at either end of the bed so you can make sure it suits the layout of your room. And this bed has another trick up its sleeve - you can use it as separate beds too. So if you're switching things up in their room, or if they move into their own rooms, you'll have 2 single beds ready to go.

Our Stylist Says

I love this piece for its practical yet charming design, making it perfect for both contemporary and classic kids’ rooms. The white finish keeps it versatile, blending effortlessly into neutral or colourful interiors. The added drawer beneath is a real bonus for extra storage - ideal for organising bedding or toys, helping to keep the space tidy. Stylistically, it works well with soft pastel palettes or more vibrant, playful colours, and pairing it with cosy textiles or personalised accessories can really make it feel inviting. For a carefully styled look, consider adding some colourful cushions on the lower bunk or a wall decal to bring in personality, all while keeping the room functional and fuss-free.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
