This innovative wall-mounted bookcase is designed to showcase the cover of each book rather than the spine, making it easier for early readers to find and grab their favourites. Not only does it save valuable floor space, but it also becomes a stunning feature on any wall in a nursery or children's bedroom. Made from sturdy MDF, this bookcase is built to last. As your child grows and outgrows their picture books, the bookcase can be repurposed to store soft toys, comics, or any other precious mementoes they want to keep close. For safety reasons please don't place the shelf directly above a bed. Please note we do not provide wall fixings for this product; it's safer and more practical if you buy the fixings required for the particular type of walls in your home. Made from MDF with a painted finish. 4 fixed shelves. Self-assembly - 2 people recommended. The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
