Description

These cosy throws have had their floral designs block printed using traditional techniques where the design is carved into a wooden block before the repeat pattern is printed by hand. Each throw has been lined with a soft cotton sherpa and finished with a delicate matching cotton frill.

Our Stylist Says

I love this throw for its cosy sherpa backing combined with the vibrant floral block print, making it a versatile piece that adds warmth and personality to a variety of interiors. It’s great for layering over a neutral sofa or bed to introduce a touch of pattern and texture. This piece works particularly well in boho, eclectic, or vintage-inspired settings, but can also soften more contemporary spaces with its cosy appeal. For styling tips, drape it casually over a sofa or bed for a relaxed look, or fold neatly to showcase its pattern on a blanket ladder or storage basket. Pairing it with textured cushions or natural materials can elevate the aesthetic further, making it a practical yet stylish addition to everyday living or a cosy retreat.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
