For the first time, Philippe Starck sets out to rethink Kartell's lighting, incorporating his vision and ability to decompose objects so that light returns to its essential function and its purest aesthetic. As usual, his work starts from forms from the classical tradition, which are reworked using Kartell's most innovative manufacturing techniques. Starck's exploration then continues with the most romantic source of light: the candle, with its soft, warm reflections. GOODNIGHT revisits the concept and primordial shape of the candle by transforming it into a highly technological object. The GOODNIGHT cordless lamp has a very long battery life (40hr max. ) as well as three intensity levels thanks to the touch dimmer located on its base. This practical wireless lamp is easily recharged via its USB port (USB cable included). You can move it wherever you want. Placed on a table, it creates a subdued, warm atmosphere perfect for romantic dinners! This small lamp is ideal in a restaurant. The base is made from recycled ABS. The long, white diffuser tube that evokes a candle is made of PMMA. The base is available in different colours to suit your decorative requirements.
