I’m a big fan of the Mu shelf for its clean lines and warm oak finish - it instantly lifts a pared-back scheme without feeling fussy. Its subtle lip keeps smaller items secure, so it works as well in a hallway for car keys and post as it does in a living room for a couple of art books and a plant pot.
Styling tip: keep displays simple and varied in height - think a trio of ceramics, a framed print leaned at the back and a small stack of paperbacks. Mount at eye level or just above your console table to create a neat focal point that won’t overwhelm a compact space.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
