The body is made of matt nickel lacquered metal, while the shade is made of chrome-plated metal rods and nickel matt lacquered aluminium segments. The lamp has a memory function that allows you to save the preferred setting. The diameter of the shade is 300 mm and emits an effective amount of light of 900 lumens at a colour temperature of 3000 K, which corresponds to a warm white light. About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
