Description

A double drop-leaf design, it can be used three ways as a compact side table, as a half table and as a normal full table, making this drop leaf table the ultimate space-saving table for your home, provides dining use for up to six people when needed. With a smooth melamine coating to protect against light marks and liquid damage. Thick base, ensures the table is steady and balanced, without tipping to one side when only one tabletop is up. Easy and discreet storage, allowing you to keep what you need conveniently close by the drop leaf dining table. This fold up dining table is a welcome addition to every space, in a clean white and oak tone colourway.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this butterfly drop‐leaf table for its clever space-saving design and warm wood-grain top balanced by crisp white legs. It slips seamlessly into compact flats, open-plan kitchens or even a modern farmhouse setting. When fully open it’s a welcoming dining surface; folded down it doubles as a slim console or bar shelf. For styling, mix and match chairs - think pared-back metal or simple beech - to keep the look relaxed, then swap in high stools when you’re using it as a bar. Keep accessories low-profile: a pair of candlesticks, a shallow planter or neatly stacked cutlery trays won’t obstruct sightlines. To add texture, layer woven placemats or a runner, and introduce copper or muted ceramic accents for a hint of warmth.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
