Description

The most popular type of hydrangea grown in gardens, Mop Head hydrangeas are characterised by their large spherical flower heads (decorated with a multitude of petals) and their distinctive colouring determined by the acidity of the soil. Also available with a shorter stem.

Our Stylist Says

I love the faux mophead hydrangea stem in the faded autumn green; its muted tone makes it incredibly versatile for creating a natural, subdued colour palette. It works particularly well in rustic or contemporary interiors, adding a touch of softness without overwhelming the space. A practical styling tip is to cluster a few stems together in a simple vase for understated elegance or to incorporate them into a mixed arrangement with other faux foliage for added realism. Because it's artificial, it’s a low-maintenance choice that maintains its colour and form year-round, making it ideal for spaces where fresh flowers may not last or be feasible.
