Description

Elevate your decor with our Shaped Ceramic Vase in White, a chic and sculptural piece that adds a sense of artistry to any space. The unique shape and smooth white finish create a visually striking display, making it a perfect centrepiece in minimalist or Scandi interior design. Its medium size allows for versatile styling, whether you choose to display flowers or showcase it as a decorative object.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this little egg cup shape vase for its clean, minimalist aesthetic. Its simple white finish makes it versatile, working well in modern, Scandinavian, or even cosy traditional interiors. It’s perfect for displaying a few single-stem flowers or greenery, and its understated shape makes it easy to style on a mantelpiece, side table, or shelf without overpowering other decor. For practical tips, try pairing it with fresh seasonal blooms or dried botanicals to add texture, or use it to create a monochrome display alongside other white ceramic pieces for a cohesive look. Its wearable, modern form makes it a subtle but stylish addition to various interior schemes.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
