I’m particularly fond of this duo of tables for its pared-back lines and warm oak-effect tops - they slip effortlessly into Scandi, minimalist or contemporary schemes. The slim powder-coated metal legs keep the look light, while the natural finish means you can layer in bolder accents elsewhere without clashing.
For styling, try tucking the smaller table partly under the larger one to create a stepped display for coffee-table books, a low vase or a small sculpture. Alternatively, use one as a sofa side table topped with a compact lamp and the other by an armchair with a trailing plant. In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
