Description
Our elegant Domme range of furniture features a feminine curved frame, scrolled arms and a buttoned backrest. Each piece in the range is upholstered in the fabric and colour of your choice, and comes with a deep, cushioned seat and elegant legs. The front two legs on the pretty armchair are hand turned and polished with castors for ease of movement, while the back two legs are rectangular for stability. The armless style makes this a charming seat for a living room or bedroom. The Domme range includes two seater and three seater sofas, an armchair and an ottoman. I’m a fan of the Domme armchair for its neat proportions and comfortable, supportive seat - the ochre-toned cotton-linen has just enough depth to lift a neutral scheme without dominating. The button-tufted back and turned legs with brass castors give it a subtle heritage feel, while the low profile keeps the look fresh and approachable. It works equally well in a relaxed living room, bedside reading nook or even a compact home study. Pair with a cashmere throw and a contrasting patterned cushion, and position beside a slender side table or floor lamp to create a balanced vignette. The natural fibre upholstery is best vacuumed gently and rotated regularly if you use it by a sunny window.
