For the dining areas where space is at a premium, this large rectangular high breakfast bar and pair of bar stools set is made from responsibly sourced timber and finished in a contrasting grey wax and antique wax providing a fresh, modern look to a classic design. The piece is elevated through a rustic live natural edge on either side of the table and seat pads to bring real character to any room. Additional stools can be purchased.

I’m a fan of this grey-washed live-edge breakfast bar for its blend of natural character and clean lines. The subtle wax finish and live-edge top work equally well in Scandinavian, modern farmhouse or coastal interiors, bringing in texture without overpowering a neutral palette.
To style, I’d hang simple pendant lights above and add bar stools with woven or leather seats for contrast. Keep glassware and a small tray of fresh herbs or simple ceramics on the surface. In a compact kitchen or open-plan living space, it doubles as a casual dining spot or drinks station with minimal fuss.
