I love this fog-velvet armchair for its clean, cube-like silhouette and sumptuously soft cotton-velvet upholstery - it feels both modern and inviting. The muted grey works equally well in a Scandi-inspired living room, a pared-back urban loft or a cosy reading nook in a traditional home. For styling, tuck a textured wool throw or a slim lumbar cushion in a contrasting shade (think deep rust or forest green) across the back. Pair with a slim tripod floor lamp and a natural-fibre rug to balance the luxe velvet, or position it beside a brass side table for a touch of warmth.
