Description
Inspired by the classic Chesterfield sofa design, we bring you our Clarendon day bed frame. Mirroring the iconic Chesterfield design, the bed features scroll armrests with silver nail head detailing, as well as hand tufting and buttoning which extends across the backrest. The clever design of this bed means it looks the part of a sofa, whilst the seating area is the same size as a UK single bed. It also features a pull out drawer, which again fits a UK standard single size mattress (3ft). You have the option to either use it as a storage drawer or a second sleeping area. This design means it is ideal for spare rooms, or in the main living area of an apartment or flat.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
