Our Stylist Says
I really like this chrome arched lamp because of its sleek design and the playful teal fern cut-out shade, which adds a touch of colour without overpowering a space. It works particularly well in modern or eclectic interiors, where its contemporary chrome finish can complement other metallic accents, and the fern pattern can introduce an organic element. When styling, consider placing it on a side table beside a cosy armchair or mixing it with neutral tones to let the teal pop. Practical tips include pairing it with simple, understated decor to keep the look balanced, and using a soft bulb to highlight the delicate fern design while providing ambient lighting. It’s a statement piece that balances form and function effortlessly.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
