Our Stylist Says
I love these peacock lamps for their bold yet versatile style; the teal glaze and faux velour shades add a touch of luxe that works well in both classic and contemporary interiors. They’re perfect for creating a statement on side tables, console, or as bedside lamps, especially in rooms where you want a pop of colour without overwhelming. For styling tips, consider pairing them with neutral or complementary coloured accessories to let the teal stand out, or place them amidst brass or gold accents for a sophisticated finish. These lamps also work well in eclectic schemes, bringing in a hint of pattern and texture that lifts the overall look.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
