Our Stylist Says
I love this table for its versatility and clean aesthetic; the oak finish adds warmth without overwhelming a space. It's a great option for contemporary interiors, especially those favouring a Scandinavian or minimalist style, but it can also be dressed up for more eclectic looks. To style it effectively, keep the tabletop clutter-free with simple dining ware or a statement centrepiece, like a ceramic vase or a bowl of seasonal fruit. Pairing it with black or charcoal chairs creates a modern, cohesive look, while adding textured placemats or runners can soften the overall feel. Its size makes it suitable for both everyday family meals and entertaining guests, and it’s easy to adapt with different textiles and accessories to suit your personal style.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
