Bring a practical touch to your home’s outdoor lighting arrangements with the Cava Outdoor LED Rectangular Down Wall Light. With a black finish, this sleek home addition creates a modern aesthetic for your home, lighting your space with a practical downlight – ideal for emphasising outdoor features such as doorways or flower beds. IP65 rated, this stylish touch can withstand most outdoor weather conditions to ensure your home remains sufficiently illuminated at all times.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this Cava outdoor wall light for its sleek, minimalist design that offers a modern edge to any exterior space. The black finish makes it versatile, especially in contemporary or industrial-styled settings, but it also works well in more traditional gardens when paired with natural materials. Its rectangular shape and clean lines help create a streamlined look, and the downward light emission adds a subtle, functional glow without overwhelming the aesthetic. For styling tips, I’d suggest placing it alongside textured wall finishes or greenery to create contrast, and using multiple units to frame entrances or patios for balanced illumination. It’s a practical choice that combines form and function, making it a stylish addition to any outdoor setting.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
