Description

Durable and efficient lighting for the exterior of your house, the Wren 5 Watt LED Opal Surface Brick Wall Light is sure to add a modern touch to your lighting arrangements. This LED light features an opal covering which diffuses a bright illumination outwards, providing maximum visibility of your outdoor spaces. It also comes in an anthracite finish, bringing an urban look to your household.

Our Stylist Says

This Wren wall light is a smart choice for outdoor spaces thanks to its sleek surface brick design and anthracite finish, which lends a modern and understated look. I love how it provides a clean, diffuse light that enhances exteriors without overpowering them, making it versatile for both contemporary and industrial-style settings. It works particularly well for illuminating walkways, patios, or garden walls. When styling, consider pairing it with other dark-toned or minimalist outdoor features to create a cohesive, modern aesthetic. Practical tips include positioning it at eye level along pathways to ensure even lighting, or using a few clustered for a striking visual effect on larger surfaces. Its subtle design and efficient LED technology make it a functional yet stylish addition that seamlessly blends form and function.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
