Description

A combination of style and practicality the Capri Carbon range is beautifully crafted with solid pine and carbon grey painted MDF and features matching handles to the top panel. The carbon grey tone contrasts wonderfully with the richness of the pine. The simple and understated design works perfectly with your interior styling and the dovetailed drawers are a true sign of craftsmanship. This Capri Carbon bookcase features five robust shelf spaces. You have plenty of space to arrange your books in an organised manner. It offers plenty of storage for your magazines, books and DVDs, and will provide a smooth surface to display your possessions. In addition, three shelves are adjustable and can be conveniently placed to give you the perfect space for differing heights of books. This tall bookcase is suitable for your living room, bedroom or study.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this carbon grey tall bookcase for its clean lines, sturdy build and muted finish that suits everything from Scandi-inspired living rooms to urban-edge studies. The adjustable shelves mean you can mix books, storage boxes and framed prints without awkward gaps, while the slim footprint makes it ideal for narrow alcoves or home-office corners. Styling tip: alternate between vertically stacked novels and horizontal piles topped with a small plant or ceramic accessory to keep the display balanced. Leave at least one shelf lightly edited - a single vase or sculptural object against the grey backdrop creates a sense of calm and prevents the overall look from feeling too cluttered.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
