Our Stylist Says
I love this cosy calico sofa set - the velvet fabric adds a touch of luxe while remaining inviting and comfortable. Its neutral cream palette makes it versatile, working well in both contemporary and classic interiors. It’s particularly suited for modern, minimalist spaces where its subtle texture can stand out, but it also blends effortlessly with different colour schemes through accessories like cushions and throws. For styling, consider pairing it with understated metallic accents or coloured accents to highlight its plush fabric. Practical tips include adding some contrasting cushions or textured throws for a layered look and ensuring the space has enough lighting to highlight the velvet’s richness. Overall, it’s a chic yet adaptable choice for a stylish living area.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
