Description

The Brooke Bathroom LED Ceiling Spotlight Bar is the perfect modern addition to your bathroom arrangements, with a sleek, chrome bar design that fits flush to your ceiling for a minimal, understated look – ideal for rooms with lower ceilings. Integrated LED lights spread a sufficient pool of light throughout your room for a task lighting solution, aiding in daily tasks such as shaving or applying makeup.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this LED spot on the ceiling - it offers a sleek, modern look that works particularly well in contemporary bathrooms. The chrome finish adds a polished touch, helping it resist moisture and stay looking fresh. It’s great for providing focused task lighting in bathroom vanity areas or shower spaces, and the adjustable heads mean you can direct the light exactly where you need it. For styling, pair this with minimalist fittings or gloss tiles to keep a cohesive, high-end feel. Practical tip: install it in a way that minimises shadows and enhances functionality, especially if you’re aiming for a bright, clean atmosphere.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
