I’m a fan of the Arki shelf for its clean lines and the way the oak brackets warm up the muted grey top. It’s sturdy enough for books and ceramics yet light enough to sit comfortably in a hallway, home office or kitchen. The subtle contrast between timber and colour means it slots straight into Scandi, contemporary or even loft-style schemes without overpowering the room.
For styling, start by alternating low and tall objects - a small potted plant next to a stack of hardbacks, for example - to keep the eye moving.
