Description
A stunning combination of softness and strength, the Borelly 3 seater sofa invites you to spend quality time in sumptuous comfort. Curving edges, sloping sides and stylish piping give this piece its subtle elegance, which is beautifully paired with the plush luxury of its plump seats. With a classic shape and a range of textured fabrics to choose from, the Borelly can be styled to suit any space or colour scheme. A cosy spot for winding down or welcoming guests, it benefits from a full fibre back, foam seating and additional feather filled cushions.
Our Stylist Says
I really like the Borelly three-seater because its sleek grey fabric makes it quite versatile, working well in both contemporary and classic interiors. The neutral tone allows you to style with a range of colours, from bold cushions to soft throws, giving your space a personalised touch. Its clean lines and understated design make it an easy anchor for different interior themes - think minimalist, Scandi, or even coastal schemes. For practical styling, I recommend pairing it with textured cushions or layering with a cosy throw for added comfort. Also, placing it with a statement coffee table or underneath a modern pendant can really elevate the overall look.

About Barker and Stonehouse
A Remarkable Journey
Born from the vision of two young RAF men, Charles Barker and Alex Stonehouse, Barker and Stonehouse emerged as a beacon of hope, infusing post-war Britain with a hint of glamour. Starting from a single store in Stockton on Tees, their entrepreneurial spirit led to rapid expansion, opening multiple stores across the region.
Their fast growth was fueled not only by their flair for business but also by their dedication to innovation. The business transformed over the years, adapting to the changing landscapes of retail, all while preserving its charm and values. By 2021, they marked an impressive 75 years in the industry, a testament to their enduring commitment to quality and customer service.
Sustainability at the Forefront
From the very start, Barker and Stonehouse has held a deep commitment to the environment. This devotion was showcased through initiatives such as the Trees4Trees Project, a reforestation effort in Indonesia.
Ensuring that for every tree used in their products, more than two were replanted, nearly 1.5 million trees have been restored under this initiative.
Their Knaresborough store, one of the greenest retail stores in the UK, further underscores their dedication to sustainable practices. As a cherry on top, by 2021, the company achieved the status of "Carbon Neutral Plus", making them a trailblazer in the furniture industry.
Innovative Spaces and Expanding Horizons
Over the decades, Barker and Stonehouse didn't just expand in number, but in the quality and innovation of their spaces. From opening their iconic store in Battersea, London, which beautifully preserved the characteristics of an old candle factory, to their latest state-of-the-art Gateshead store in 2023, every location tells a story.
They have also ventured into digital realms, ensuring a vast online presence and offering a wide range of products to customers all over the UK. Their partnerships, like the one with Fenwick in 2021, illustrate their adaptability and constant quest to reach new audiences.
