Description
With the Babylon shelf, Italian designer Emanuele Magini delivers a skillful exercise in full and empty. It consists of six boxes of various sizes stacked to form an unstructured column: a wonderful asymmetric assembly, a succession of flowing spaces. The transparent glass shelves are nested in a thin black metal structure that emphasises and magnifies the contours of the evanescent silhouette. The boxes are open on all four sides. This open structure plays with volumes and light, bringing a surprising depth to your space. Aesthetic and functional on all sides, Babylon can be placed in the middle of a room. It displays your books and favourite objects in a very graphic manner.
