The Folded shelf by Muuto is a small, practical shelf for any room of the house. The shelf was designed by Johan Van Hengel and is made of a single sheet of metal which has then been shaped into the shape. The shelf even has a small “pocket”, for organization and has an eye-catching detail. Multifunctional and decorative!.

I’m a big fan of the folded shelf in black because it brings sleek minimalism to any space without looking fussy. Its slim profile and two handy hooks make it ideal for hallways or compact kitchens - you can display a small plant or a couple of cookbooks on top, then hang keys or tea towels below.
It works especially well in Scandi-inspired or industrial interiors where clean lines rule, but it’ll slot just as neatly into a contemporary bathroom for toiletries. To style it, mix textures - a ceramic pot alongside metal accents - and keep the colour palette pared back so the shelf’s form really stands out.
