Our Annecy armchair offers sophisticated refinement and an ageless look. A tailored back provides firm support while the base cushions have a foam and feather fill for a squishy inviting seat. P-shaped arms are neatly piped for a premium finish and turned wooden legs on castors provide an extra touch of elegance to this handsome armchair. A matching sofa is available as a two or three seater option and the Annecy range also includes an ottoman. I’m a big fan of the Annecy chair in natural boucle because its soft, textured fabric and gently rolled arms add a relaxed yet polished feel. The neutral tone works brilliantly in Scandi-inspired schemes, modern country cottages or even pared-back urban lofts. To style it, layer a slim lumbar cushion in a muted colour (think dusky blue or sage) and drape a lightweight wool throw over one arm. Pair with a small side table in oak or brass to introduce warmth, and position it near a floor lamp for a cosy reading corner.
