Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this tobacco velvet armchair for its warm, tactile finish and classic rolled-arm silhouette - it instantly adds depth without overwhelming a scheme. The rich cotton-velvet tone works equally well in traditional settings with dark woods and brass accents or in more relaxed, minimalist spaces where it acts as the focal point. To style it, pair with a textured wool throw or a contrasting linen cushion, and position beside a slimline side table and floor lamp for a cosy reading nook. Its turned wooden legs also help bridge contemporary and period looks, so you can mix in metal or marble accessories without it feeling out of place.
