Description
Designed by the renowned designer Sir Kenneth Grange, the Type 80 table lamp from Anglepoise is a modern classic. With a striking, graphic profile this desk lamp is distinguished by an attractive ‘halo’ light-escape feature in the shade. Perfect for low light environments, every detail has been carefully considered and precision engineered to deliver streamlined style and ease of use. Choose from several matt finished shades, also available as a pendant light.
Our Stylist Says
I love how this lamp combines a classic industrial silhouette with a modern grey mist finish, making it a versatile addition to a range of interiors. It works particularly well in contemporary, minimalist, or even eclectic spaces where its clean lines can stand out. Practical styling tips include placing it on a desk or bedside table to add functional light while maintaining a sleek look. Pair it with monochrome or muted colour schemes for a cohesive feel, or let it serve as a subtle statement piece in a more colourful scheme. Its adjustable arm also makes it ideal for task lighting, so it’s both stylish and highly practical.
