I’m a fan of the Elise console for its neat semi-circle shape and slim metal frame - it’s sturdy without feeling bulky. The grey finish and subtle marble effect top suit contemporary, minimalist or even soft-industrial schemes, slipping easily into an entrance hall or behind a sofa.
Styling-wise, balance its two tiers with a tall ceramic vase on one side and a small stack of art books on the other. Hang a round mirror or architectural print above to echo the curved form, and keep accessories light in tone to let the console’s grey surface remain the focus.
