Our Stylist Says
I’m a fan of the Andrea bed in black for its clean lines and panelled upholstery, which gives just enough texture without overwhelming a room. Its low profile and deep hue suit contemporary, Scandi-inspired or even industrial-style bedrooms, and the king size feels generous without looking bulky. To style it, keep bedding light to contrast the black - think crisp white sheets with a soft grey or pastel throw. Add a couple of velvet cushions in muted tones for depth, and balance the look with pale wood or brass-finish bedside tables and simple pendant lights. A neutral rug underneath will soften the floor and tie the scheme together.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
