It is the young designer Guillaume Delvigne the talent who signed this collection of decorative lamps made out of shiny white blown glass. For Delvigne the inspiration came from the principle of the Aerostat, which is that an object should be lighter than air. With this purpose, he managed to conceive a lamp as a delicate object that can lift itself and take off. On the contrary, the table lamp is fastened to the ground by a metal structure that reminds us of a cage, however the lightness of the glass makes the lamp look as if it was stretching upward, trying to reach for the outer space. The collection is composed of pendant, wall and ceiling lamps of three different sizes. While the table lamps are available in only two sizes and in two different metal finishes: nickel and brass. Electrification on mains voltage for Led, or incandescent or fluorescent bulbs.
I love how the Aérostat Piccola table lamp combines a playful, modern silhouette with clean lines, making it a versatile piece for various interiors. Its minimalist design pairs well with contemporary schemes but also brings a touch of softness to more eclectic or Scandinavian spaces. It's particularly effective placed on side tables or consoles where its sculptural form can be appreciated up close. For styling tips, consider pairing it with neutral or pastel tones to highlight its simplicity, or combine it with accessories in warm wood or brass to add warmth and texture. Its soft, diffused light makes it ideal for creating a cosy corner or bedside area, providing function without compromising on style.
