Our 2x Braxton boucle fabric bar chairs are a stunning addition to any contemporary dining space or kitchen. The mid-century modern inspired bar stool design features a separate padded seat and back rest, upholstered in soft fleecy boucle with statement square stitching. I’m a fan of the Braxton stools for their soft boucle upholstery and sleek black legs - the cream seat brightens a small kitchen or breakfast bar, while the slim frame keeps the look light and contemporary. They suit Scandi, mid-century or industrial-inspired schemes and slot easily into open-plan living spaces where you want a casual dining nook.
For styling, tuck them under a timber or marble island, hang a black-metal pendant above to echo the legs, and layer in natural textures such as a sisal runner or wicker basket. Add a couple of green plants nearby to soften the geometry and introduce a fresh, lived-in feel.
