What other shoppers are choosing

Fabric and velvet sofabeds are also popular with shoppers, if you’re not set on leather. Clic-clac sofabeds are popular with shoppers, but there are fewer to choose from than most other types. Retailers have also been stocking more contemporary sofabeds this year, so there’s a wider choice available.

Is now a good time to buy leather sofabeds?

Right now 13 leather sofabeds are reduced, typically by 5% – and some by up to 20%. Discounts come round often here: about a third have dropped in price at some point over the last three months. If you can wait a couple of months, January is usually the best time to buy sofabeds: in each of the last two Januarys, more than twice as many were below their usual price as in a typical month. Either way, set a price alert on the one you want and we’ll tell you when it drops.
