I’m a fan of this tall zigzag cabinet for its sharp mix of dark wood, black glass and white geometric panels - it adds just the right amount of graphic interest without overwhelming a room. The glazed door keeps your favourite ceramics, glassware or collectables on show (and dust-free), while the lower panel conceals less-pretty bits like board games or paperwork.
It suits contemporary, Scandi-inspired or mid-century spaces and works well as a standalone feature or as part of a storage run. For practical styling, try grouping three or four objects per shelf at varying heights, use small LED puck lights to highlight key pieces, and balance the cabinet with a tall plant or floor lamp on its open side (ideal if you’ve chosen the left-hand version).

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
