Description

Offer miimalist style to your décor with the Zia Single Bathroom Wall Light. This wall light comes in a sleek chrome finish for a modern appearance and has an opal glass shade to diffuse a soft illumination into the room. It also comes IP44 rated, meaning that this light is water resistant enough to be styled in the bathroom.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Zia single wall light because of its sleek chrome finish, which offers a contemporary edge that’s easy to incorporate into various bathroom styles. It works particularly well in minimalist, modern, or Scandi-inspired interiors where clean lines and understated elegance are key. Practical styling tips include placing it on either side of a mirror for optimal task lighting or pairing it with other chrome finishes for a cohesive look. Its compact size makes it versatile, and the neutral white shade helps it blend seamlessly into both bright and darker colour schemes, adding a touch of sophistication without overpowering the space.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
