Description

Ensure your outdoor area is well-lit and secure with the Zeb Outdoor Up and Down Wall Light with PIR Sensor in Anthracite. This wall light fixture features motion detection, providing enhanced security while casting light both upwards and downwards. Its IP65 rating ensures durability in all weather conditions, while the anthracite finish complements any modern exterior.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Zeb outdoor wall light for its modern, streamlined silhouette and its versatile anthracite finish, which works well with a range of exterior styles from contemporary to urban. Its design balances practicality with aesthetics, making it ideal for illuminating entrances, pathways, or garden walls without overpowering the space. The PIR sensor adds a smart touch, ensuring the light activates only when needed, enhancing both security and energy efficiency. When styling with this fixture, consider pairing it with minimalist outdoor furniture or clean-lined landscaping to create a cohesive look, and position it at height to cast an even glow across doorways or corridors. It's a great choice for crisp, modern exteriors where understated elegance and functionality are key.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
