Decorative jute rugs from Homescapes exclusive rug collection. A neutral home accessory, woven from the finest, high-quality jute, the Zaphyr rug is available in a range of sizes. A durable floor accessory that will complement many dcor colours and interior styles, the Zaphyr rug is ideal for heavy footfall areas such as living rooms, kitchens and hallways. Each rug is lovingly handwoven from jute and hand-finished with a frayed fringe edge, making them ideal for use as floor mats and in entranceways. The traditional style adds a subtle yet decorative feel to the space, and can be paired with the Homescapes macrame collection for a true boho look. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
