Our Stylist Says
The Woolwich table lamp in black is a versatile piece that adds a touch of modern sophistication to various interiors. I love its sleek, minimalist design paired with the textured base, which brings a contemporary edge to both modern and industrial-inspired spaces. It works particularly well in living rooms or bedrooms where you want to create a cosy ambiance, and it can be styled effectively with other monochrome or metallic accessories. For practical tips, consider placing it on side tables or console units to balance lighting and decor. Pair it with neutral or patterned shades to introduce visual interest or keep it simple for a streamlined look. Its understated elegance makes it a reliable choice for adding both function and style.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
