Description

Constructed by a solid wood frame, the armchair is stable and durable, padded by thick sponge and breathable grey linen, comfortable enough. It features a unique open-framed arm design, complete with wooden accent bolt covers for an authentic retro finish. With a perfect lying angle, the lounge chair makes the backrest fit your back perfectly. Featuring spacious seats, this accent chair allows you to lean your back in it and enjoy your leisure time comfortably. This elegant leisure chair is ideal for resting, watching TV and reading, also perfectly serves as a guest chair.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this grey armchair for its clean lines and solid ash frame - it brings a modern-Scandi feel without shouting for attention. It sits equally well in minimalist, mid-century or Japandi schemes, and its neutral tone makes it easy to layer with coloured throws or patterned cushions. For a pulled-together look, place it beside a slimline side table topped with a table lamp, add a textured wool throw over the back, and finish with a small plant on the floor to soften the angles.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
